At Security Savings Bank, we take a common sense approach to underwriting, allowing each loan to stand on its own merit.  Exceptions to our investment guidelines can be made with the existence of what we deem to be strong compensating factors.

Maximum Investment Amount $10,000,000
Markets: Established Markets Nationwide
Lien Position: First or Second Liens
Loan to Cost Stated: 80% Most CRE - 75% Special Use
Maximum Term: 25 Years Most CRE/20 Years Multi-family
Maximum Amortization: 20 or 25 Years
Credit Score: None Stated But Generally > 650
Use of Proceeds: Purchase, Refinance, Limited TI, Working Capital, Limited Cash-Out
Appraisals & Phase I: Required
Guarantees: Unlimited Joint and Several Guarantees Preferred but will accept Non-Recourse on a case by case basis
